About Me

Hi, I am Marcus Barker and welcome to BikeWrks.

As a keen cyclist, tri-athlete, swimmer, rower, basketball player and boxer, I have always actively been involved in sports. My education in Dubai, Millfield and the University of Gloucester always had a large element of sports involvement, obtaining an HNC in Sports Science at the end of my studies.

My early career took me into the field of cycling, professionally training and working as a service mechanic and technician with one of the most well known cycling businesses in the UK.

The passion for sports in general, and cycling in particular, came together with the founding of Bikewrks.
